Why activate additional conference groups?
- Hold multiple conferences simultaneously
Each set of access codes can only be used to join one conference, so if multiple departments try to use the same codes at the same time, everyone will end up in the same conference. You can avoid this by employing different conference groups so multiple departments can conference at once.
- Customise group names
You can call your conference groups anything you like. You could use the host's name, or something fun! It's completely up to you.
- Increase security
If someone leaves the company, we can simply deactivate their conference group codes rather than having to re-issue codes to the whole company.
- Increase user clarity and invoice transparency
As each conference group appears separately on your invoice, it's very easy to attribute costs to the correct department or project team.
