becomes an extension of your company handling all the

of accommodation, agendas, speakers, leisure and team
building events, entertainment and transport

including technical, staging and audio-visual equipment,
event orders, conference folders and sourcing of delegate
gifts
- On-site conference
co-ordination from airport meet and greet, registration
and secretariat/administration support, conference,
leisure and social program supervision
- Post conference event
analysis and budget reconciliation
